Our team has produced international summits across automotive, connectivity and rail. The same processes and networks are available to design an event under your name.
It depends on the format. Dinners run from ten to twenty-five, roundtables fifteen to twenty-five, and conferences from fifty to several hundred. Smaller is often better for a dinner - it keeps the conversation genuine.
For dinners and roundtables, that is entirely up to you. Some sponsors choose to open with a brief welcome, others prefer to let the moderator set the tone and simply be present as a participant. The format works precisely because nobody is selling - you build trust by hosting a great room and contributing to a real discussion. For conferences, a speaking slot can be arranged where it fits the agenda.
