The details, answered
How many guests attend?
It depends on the format. Dinners run from ten to twenty-five, roundtables fifteen to twenty-five, and conferences from fifty to several hundred. Smaller is often better for a dinner - it keeps the conversation genuine.
Do we present or pitch?
For dinners and roundtables, that is entirely up to you. Some sponsors choose to open with a brief welcome, others prefer to let the moderator set the tone and simply be present as a participant. The format works precisely because nobody is selling - you build trust by hosting a great room and contributing to a real discussion. For conferences, a speaking slot can be arranged where it fits the agenda.
How do you find the guests?
We recruit and qualify each guest individually against the profile we agree with you. You see and approve the list before the event.
Which cities do you cover?
We run events globally. Tell us where your buyers are and we will build the room there.
What does it cost?
